Off The Streets & On The Streams (OTS²) uses fly-fishing as a key component for in-classroom, in-the-field, and on-the-stream training, which assist at-risk youths and seniors to become positive contributing members of society through training and education in the empathy, exactitude, patience, precision, and quietude of successful communication.
